Property Damage: We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, concealed issues, or structural defects.

Health and Safety: We are not responsible for health outcomes resulting from conditions beyond our control, such as undisclosed contaminants.

7. Warranty and Guarantee

Service Guarantee: We guarantee our work for 1 year, provided the issue arises directly from our service.

Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover damage caused by external factors or improper maintenance by the client.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if:

The client fails to comply with these terms.

Unsafe conditions are present at the service location.
